This policy explains what information Spenser Wayne Interiors LLC (“Spenser Wayne Interiors,” “we,” “us”) collects through spenserwayneinteriors.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill out the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, how you’d like us to reach you and your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.

We also use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how they found us. It collects information such as your device, browser, general location and the pages you visit, using cookies to tell one visit from another. We use it only in aggregate, never to identify you.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, to schedule and hold consultations, and to provide the design services you ask for. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

A few trusted providers handle information on our behalf, only as needed to run the site and our business:

• Our website host, which serves the site and keeps its technical logs.
• Our form provider, which receives inquiry form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows how people find and use the site. Google’s own privacy policy applies to what it collects.
• Our scheduling tool, if you book a consultation online.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see how people use the site. We don’t use advertising cookies. The site also keeps a few small settings in your browser so pages load smoothly, and these never leave your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, or turn off Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out add-on.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other services, such as Instagram and Pinterest. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
